Our Yoga-centre promotes the Indian traditional way of life centered on Śrī Vidyā Yoga. We emphasise supreme contentment which conveys the astonishing possiblities of  Śrī Vidyā Yoga.

At the Yogacentre, the primary tool for healing is Śrī Vidyā Yoga (Yoga exercises and Pranayama) that is combined with the right diet, Ayurvedic and Siddha traditional massages and procedures to combat lifestyle diseases like arthritis, obesity, blood pressure, diabetes, heart diseases, cancer, stroke, and depression.

The training centre stresses that obstacle of any kind does not limit the one who has mastered Yoga. This practice does not require a remote retreat. Any individual, at any level, can easily learn the nuances of Śrī Vidyā Yoga and derive its benefits to lead a wholesome life.

The centre underlines the intake of organic and creative Yogic food to promote healthy living. An emphasis on using seasonal, local, fair-trade and organic produce is based on our dedication to healthy living and sustainable development. The menu promotes grains like brown rice, wheat, maize, millet; tubers like sweet potato, white yam, elephant yam; and natural ingredients like turmeric, honey, and palm sugar. It combines a stimulating atmosphere with excellent food that will change the way one views vegetarian and raw food cuisine.

We conduct seminars and workshops pertaining to wellness and the yogic way of living and also sell organic produce and food ingredients to the interesting customer.
